Finally picked up the home blood pressure checker that my Dr. wanted me to get. Since I have to keep track of that I figured I might as well keep track of all the food I eat.

Finally picked up the home blood pressure checker that my Dr. wanted me to get. Since I have to keep track of that I figured I might as well keep track of all the food I eat.
I've been using the Fitbit with a heart monitor to track health crap. The app it connects has a calorie counter, and estimates calories burned. I can't say I love doing it, but it's a useful tool.
The bad news is coming in the next post . . .

Morning MT heads
I started a new adventure for myself on July 1. After dealing with the ex-gf and going through the break up, I gained a lot of weight (topped out at 352). I turned to a friend of mine through fire dept and started a diet program. Through 3 months now, I have dropped down to 317 and feeling a lot better. Eating healthy now (for most part) and haven't done any exercising yet. Hope to start that once cool fall weather comes through.
Hoping to book my trip north of the border again sometime soon after the debacle I went through earlier in the month. Maybe see some hockey games.
