Sorry for the issue and hopefully they fixed it for real this time, they have made several attempts that failed!

1)  Start by creating a new topic - choose your forum and click the Add Topic button:

2)  Enter the Topic title - this is your thread title.  Add an explanation of your poll in the text area box - this cannot be blank!  Click the Create Poll link.

3) Enter the Poll title, an optional timeout in days if you want the poll to only run for a fixed time.

Add the possible answers to your poll - there must be at least two.  Click the Add Option button to add more possible answers.

Click the Add topic button.   

4)  Done!

1)  Click the My Profile Button and the Account tab:

2)  Update any of the items you wish such as your Avatar photo and your signature line:

3) Scroll to the bottom and click the Save Changes button:

4)  You're done!

1)  Click the Edit button on the first post of the topic

2)  Edit the Topic Title field and click the Save button

3)  Done!  Don't click the Delete link or you will delete the entire thread including all replies :-)

With any migration, things can break, so please send a PM or use the Contact Us form to let me know of any problems.

Most of the slowdowns of the past week were due to bot attacks.  I have one more thing I can do if the new server (actually a new hosting provider) is still hit by them, but I don't want to change two things at once.

You can send and receive PM's from here:

To send a message to someone for the first time, click on their name anywhere it appears on the site, or search for them in the Search users box:

You can message them from their entry in the Member Directory or Search Results:

Or from the Message box on their Peachbook page:

Type your message and click Send message:

Fred will see that there is a message waiting for him on his Peachbook page:

He'll also get a notification in the bell notification icon at the bottom right:

Click the bell to see your notifications.  Click the notification to go straight to the private message:

Fred can read and reply to the message, and the sender's Peachbook avatar will appear in the column

on the left so Fred can easily return the message thread later.

Geeky details available if anyone cares :).

Check your spam folder if you don't get the Reset Password email within a couple of minutes.

To change your password, login and to Members -> Account:

Click Change Password:

Enter your current password and new password (the new goes in both New Password and Confirm Password fields).  Click Update Password

Done!
