Wonder if they've added any more footage. The closing jam perhaps??! That would be fantastic!

It says it's a 160 minutes....I doubt the original was that long so I bet that they added footage....I just hope it's not a bunch of boring current interviews....not a fan of that. I'd rather see music.

That sounds cool. Im kinda young and have seen a few popular movie/doc about Monterey, Woodstock, Rising Low ect. Can anyone recommend some DVD's to get that fall in the 60s/70s/blues/psychedelic catagory. Wait, that describes the ABB, nice.

I have the original movie on VHS and looking to get an upgrade. The movie spends a LOT of time with Bill Graham on the telephone either demanding to get things his way or yelling at disrespectful musicians and other incompetents!! It's amusing for a while but gets a bit tiresome though.

Musical high points:

It's A Beautiful Day "White Bird"

Grateful Dead "Casey Jones" and "Johnny B. Goode" (though not enough time is spent on Lesh, Kreutzman and Pigpen)

Hot Tuna (although I'm not a fan of Papa John Creach)

Santana (although I prefer the previous lineup without Neil Schon)

The Byrds didn't play that closing week.
