A few days ago I bought 4 tickets in the 6th row for the Charlottesville, VA Black Crowes show....Grace Potter is opening.

Nice and easy Black Crowes Presale experience with MusicToday...and the presale offer also included free ticket shipping, and free download of 5 live Crowes songs.

How nice!

no free hits of acid?

Dave Letterman: Chris have you learned anything from being on the road all these years.

Chris Robinson: You don't have to drop acid every night.

The free hits of acid are included with the special edition of Warpaint. Ya' know, anything to sell a few extra physical CDs.

There is a current Black Crowes Unplugged showing on some of the VH1 affiliates right now....with Luther Dickenson. It's very good.

That does sound good, Rhonda. I haven't noticed it on the few cable channels I get, though...

There are some Crowes presales happening tomorrow. I'm interested since Phil & Friends are doing a show w/ them in Atlanta. That presale was to be tomorrow, but it's not listed w/ the rest, so I don't know what's going on (other than the TM sale on Sat 6-21, noon EDST).

Pretty reasonable on the price, $66 is the highest price ticket for Atlanta per TM. They are nice fellas, and of course so is Phil!

Did anyone notice that Luther didn't even have a mic, like the rest of the band, yet fronts his own band with 95% of the vocals

hmmmmmmm

Right, and there's supposed to be a presale today at 1. Now it's listed on MT. Hope it works.

John, you may want to try the MT presale today at 4 pm for Charlotte. You might get something pretty good. I'll let you know what I get here in a few min.

But I see it's Gen'l Admit, maybe not so important to jump on it.

Thanks Brock.......Its a very small venue. We just saw Dickey there Fri. It will probably be GM and no seats. The venue is offering VIP tickets with reserved tables. They have been adding some elevated VIP sections on the back left and right of the the theater. Click this link for inside pictures of the NT................

I'm in, 10th row (E) at Verizon is not bad. $71/per after all fees is quite reasonable.
