I know that Beach Boys' PET SOUNDS album is considered one of the best, but I've always had one problem with it which really bothers me..... most of the Beach Boys did NOT perform on it. Most of the instruments were done by session players. The songs are good but the lack of Beach Boys on the instruments keeps it from being on my top albums list.
