Good morning to all...as long as we are talking about dates..
for the last couple of years, there has been talk of possibly getting some of the artists that reside here ,together to play a show under the same roof..

It is with great joy that I want to announce the first offical Hittin The Web Family bands shows..

On Friday May 19th and Saturday, May 20th we will gather at Second St. Music Hall in Gadsden Alabama for two nights of music and family..

THe Following artists are confirmed

Lefty Collins and The No Mercy Band
Donna Hopkins Band
Matt Baranti Band
Goodlife Rythym & Blues Revue


There are other acts that have not yet confirmed that we hope to announce shortly...ticket prices and times TBA..we wnated to let you all know so that you can mark your calenders..stay tuned...

Thanks for the "heads up" on this last night, Lefty! I've already put the bug in the ear of one of the other Sweeties!

Nice job on this, Mr. Collins--the vision to see how to put things together, the incentive to follow through and make it happen. You probably could have made it happen in Chicago, chose to make it happen in my town. You have my gratitude and respect.

thanks guys, but this is about the artists..we will have the West coast (GLRBR), The East ( Matt Baranti), the South ( Donna Hopkins) and the Midwest ( LCNMB) at this show...this is about family and fun..BTW, there will be an outdoor cook out on Saturday before the show for everyone..

Great News Lefty,

I was thinking about a couple of Beacon shows this year. However with this news, Wanee and the HTW Bands weekend in Gadsden will work just fine.

Will Derek be there or will he pass to go out on tour forever with E. Clapton. If he leaves, will Jack or Jimmy or Trey be able to fill in?

I need to know before I get tickets to Gadsden
