If Bush II and Obama weren't impeached, I think it's safe to say that Trump has this thing in the bag.

Oh... I don't know. How about the fact that he orchestrated the largest theft in American history of private citizens' assets through the 3rd Amendment Net Worth Sweep of all profits from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, two PRIVATELY PHUCKING owned companies. How's that for starters?

And while you're pontificating on the intellect of others herein, why not examine the title of this thread? You must be a genius if you can't figure out that any purported support for impeachment polling is diametrically opposed to his approval rating. But we should certainly trust the polls regarding impeachment and approval ratings. After all, the polling entities had such a banner performance in the elections. Jeesh...

Then it is part of the Congressional Record, available to the public via : https://www.congress.gov/congressional-record

Care to suggest some search terms? Sounds like some interesting testimony.

Right.... Fortunately, I value my anonymity more than I care to prove you wrong. It was before a Congressional committee along with others. Believe me if you want. I don't care. Regardless, my point about Obama still stands without contradiction.

Forensic accounting has proven that the GSE's never needed the $187b loan forced upon them. Officials at the White House under Obama discussed in now-public e-mail that they knew the GSE's were entering an "age of profitability," and shortly thereafter, in 2012, took action to sweep all profits from the GSE's and direct them to the Treasury's coffers - all without congressional approval. The FHFA, under the guidance of Mel Watt, according to H.E.R.A. answers to NOBODY. According to the language contained in H.E.R.A., the FHFA doesn't answer to the Executive Branch, Congress or the Judiciary. Since that time in 2012, FNMA and FMCC have returned over $250b back to the government, and the individual shareholders have been **** ed. What's worse is that FNMA and FMCC are running out of capital buffers, and are scheduled to be out of capital by 2018. If allowed to happen, affordable housing in our country is done.

Something must happen to right the ship. The two biggest **** ers out there who are attempting to wind down the GSE's are Bob Corker from TN and Mark Warner from VA. Corker is the biggest **** ing crook in Congress and needs to be strung up by his nads. His only interest is turning the mortgage business over to the TBTF banks - primarily Wells Fargo. Mnuchin and Trump could have taken steps to stop the sweep, but they haven't, which proves they are no different from all the rest. It's all about the **** ing money.

Prove me wrong? Kinda defensive. Anyone would wonder if you were on the level. But I believed you more than I didn't.

Damn man, for someone who arrived back here saying how he wished people were more civil you sure are spittin and hissin! Making Muleman look like frekin Mr. Rogers.

Believe it or not I was actually interested in the testimony. Can dig the anonymity thing, how about posting some of it here without names or dates. Not every day riffraff like us find a person who testified before Congress among our ranks.

Mea culpa. I naturally assumed you were on the offensive given popsmear's posture.

Once again - you're correct. My bad. My post earlier regarding the demeanor and tone of the board was an expression of regret. I started posting on "the old board" back in the late 1990's. With the exception of Gina, it was relatively civil back then. Eventually, politics took over and it got really nasty. I eventually made the decision to bow out based on a few interactions with others. I really worked hard on being civil. When ultimately deciding to drop back in, I guess my attitude changed a little and I figured I didn't really care what other people thought. Forgive me for my abrasiveness.

I wasted money a while back buying into a Congressional records service online only to find out that the individual testimonies of 6 others and me are not available as we didn't know enough to submit a written, prepared testimony for the record. That's what was explained to me when I contacted Congress and The Center for Legislative Archives.

I'll be glad to discuss the issue, though, as it truly is the biggest and most under-reported story of our generation. The precedents that this can potentially set could have long-lasting and devastating impacts on us as a nation. Imagine an instance where the government can arbitrarily expropriate a public company from its owners and craft the process in such a way so that there's absolutely zero recourse. Imagine if that happened to Apple, Google, Coca Cola or some other major company.

Pops, this guy can actually string a sentence together, unlike some of the other cons here, I would like to hear him paraphrase the gist of his Congressional stuff. So round up your flying monkeys and herd em back up your butt, and set them free to soar after he gives us the info, if it still sounds like bs to you.

You gotta admit, "Popsmear" was a topshelf WP insult, you ain't gonna top that! Hahaha!

With their Putin/Russia/Trump conspiracy exposed as a lie the Democrats and the far-left extremists have moved on to the impeachment rant.

Ever notice when asked the Democrats and the far-left extremists never can say what is their basis/charge for impeachment but the corrupt liberal media also never calls the liars out.

The only people in the U.S. talking impeachment are the Democrats and the far-left extremists and their compliant corrupt liberal media. The citizens laugh when asked about it.

Back to the same thing: The Democrats and the far-left extremists have nothing to offer, cannot win an election, have no leadership and are becoming irrelevant.

I've never seen a President as weak as Trump. It is obvious he is owned by the Russians. He should get ahead of the whole "Peeinhisface Gate" and just admit he likes sexual humiliation. It isn't against the law. I'm not going to judge him just because he enjoys golden showers.

His weakness and total capitulation to Putin, along with his intellectual inferiority when compared to other world leaders, I find very troubling.

At least he provides a source. You seldom do. So, if you don't like his source, provide a better one. Or, shut up. You have nothing.
