Really makes you wonder about what is up with Gregg.

Actually, I was thinking what a strong lineup & that this is still one of the best festivals of the year.

No doubt it is a great lineup. The omission was glaring and worthy of comment though.

Pretty happy to see Les Brers in the lineup as well. I wondered if since they were already booked for Wanee before Butch's passing if that show would be sort of a farewell, or whether they'd continue to play some shows. Their inclusion in the Peach lineup many months down the road from Wanee would seem to indicate that they are going to at least play occasionally maybe? I have my hopes pinned on another mini-run through the Northeast this fall as they did last year. I missed it the first time and have regretted it ever since - I won't miss it again.

Overall, a tremendous lineup for Peach. Wish I could be there.

That is a tremendous lineup. It's good to see magpie salute in the mix. Interesting to see Joe Bonamssa on the bill. Does anyone know was this the same festival that offers a live stream every year? I sure hope so.

We'll probably know more when the daily lineup gets announced, but I could see Marcus King sitting in with Mule. With the Joe Bonamassa connection if they are playing on the same day I could see them playing together too.

There are probably easily 50 people on this lineup that could play with Mule. Any of all of Panic, Marcus, Krasno, and of Les Brers and on and on. More likely question is who would not play with a Mule and friends set.

I just counted and there is at minimum 18 bands on that bill that have already played with Mule or Warren or that Warren has played with them. And that was just a quick glance.

Bonamassa is either playing the 10th or 13th. He's got shows in New England on the 11th and 12th.

It would be cool, if Gregg is healthy, that he would sit in with a few of the bands. Maybe even do an impromptu set? It was surely smart not to put him on the bill. I do hope all is well and glad I got the chance last summer to see GAF.

He is in my prayers.

Not that this was not obvious but some people had asked so I saw this just now on jambands.

Les Brers, featuring members of the Allman Brothers and typically led by Butch Trucks, will play their final show at Peach Music Festival as a tribute to the late drummer.

The members of the band—Jaimoe, Oteil Burbridge, Marc Quinones, Bruce Katz, Pat Bergeson and Lamar Williams Jr.—offered a statement announcing the final show, saying “Please join us as we remember and salute Butch in the only way we know, playing the music that he and all of us love.”
