Where are all the deflated Bernie support groups happening? Is this a pro Hillary camp only? No socialists here?

I'd still like to have a few beers with him.

By the way, I still wear my "Feel The Bern" t-shirt just to give my conservative neighbors something to talk about.

He's not done yet. He is going to the convention and will move forward with his grassroots movement for change in this country.

Disagree, he is absolutely done. HC has the delegates and NO need for Bernie or his followers at the Convention.

True, she does not need his delegates but she will need to appeal to as many of his supporters as she can in the general. He still holds some sway in trying to get her to adopt some of his policies before he throws his support 100% behind her. And I believe in the long term he will continue to be a strong advocate for change, whether he be in the political world or private sector. He wasn't faking it.

I hope he maintains his own movement and does not put his support behind her. He had enough differences of opinion policy wise, he chose to run against her as a candidate, so he should keep his integrity and now bow down to someone he did not support in the first place.

Here's a thought, what if he breaks with party lines, and moves into a Trump administration. That might be interesting.

So using you logic, the 16 other GOP candidates should not support Trump in spite of a stupid pledge? Most of the other candidates certainly...to use your words have "enough differences of opinion policy wise" with Trump.

Yes, Bernie will break party lines and move to Trump administration. That will never happen in your lifetime, Gina. You're showing a sign of humor we haven't witnessed previously.

Donald Trump is the face, the embodiment, of corporate greed. They even made a reality show about it. But it's ok because he's an "outsider" lol.

Well Bernie finally submitted to Hillary this week.... Its so sad to see him on a leash held by Hillary. She represents much of what Bernie said needed changing.

Party politics - no surprise. It does seem that Hillary embraces so many of the things that Sanders rallied against. I don't think Trump will gain any supporters. I don't think all will robotically become Hillary supporters, either. I seriously hope that a bunch of them will begin checking out Gary Johnson.

Why did Bernie give his endorsement to Hillary? Bush (Jeb) said he will not give his endorsement to Trump, at least you can respect that he will not compromise on his beliefs just to be in good standing with the party. Bernie has so much to offer, it really sucks that he just caved in rather than went there and promoted his own ideas. I am not saying he had to say anything against her, but to give his endorsement when her policies made him run his own campaign, c'mon, that's just wrong.

I thought he wasn't a sellout. Wrong. I thought that was part of his appeal,
but I'm no Bernie expert.

It seems to me he did just was he was expected to do. He held out until some of his positions were included in the platform, and once his political capital was used up he endorsed Hillary. That's just about the best he could do in his position. At least he didn't immediately become Hillary's lap dog like Christie did with Trump.

Happy to help. Funny thing, there is no disagreeing with you whatsoever, your view or criticism. I believe he sold out and his endorsement proves it, rationalize that anyway you wish. Lord have mercy, who would his followers (sheep) have voted for without his guidance!? My guess is that there is no way his flock might have decided on their own!

You've described this perfectly. He advanced his movement as far as he could, negotiated as much as he could get, and then threw his support in a way to be a team player. He has said on many occassions how dangerous he considers a Trump WH.
