I did not, photos from the internets.

I do make a mean pizza though, similar to the above, with the exception of the deep dish.

A friend also turned me on to pesto, easy to make and when I use it on pizza, I slather it on thick. Problem with that is, if one likes it that way, then you order a pesto pizza out somewhere, they rarely use as much as I do at home, so it's a bit disappointing.

I'm originally from NYC, now NYS so I do know pizza. Used to make it a lot more often then I do now. Fresh basil is also great on pizza. I do like Heinekens but for some reason I have to eat pizza with soda - root beer, orange, black cherry, Coke, etc.

I can't let this thread go by without posting in it.

There are very very very very few things in life that I love more than pizza.

I like to thank the Allman Brothers Band for all those Beacon shows that drew me to NYC because I have just as many found memories about the pizza I ate on my NYC trips as I do about the ABB shows!

I can't tell you how much I love pizza. I'd go to NY with my wife and want to eat pizza for lunch and dinner and she told me she 'didn't come to just eat pizza and see the ABB'. My reply, what else is there?
