Devils beat Pens 3-1 to take the top spot in the East.

At least until tomorrow night when the two teams play in Pixberg.

Too bad I'll miss the end of the game, Walking Dead returns.

Get a PVR Ron.

Leafs rolling. Beating Winnipeg, Wash and the habs is nothing to write home about but a 3 game win streak is. Team looks good. Have to agree with Cherry the addition of the some heavy weights with jump has changed the personality of the Leafs.

Defence looks solid, players sticking up for each other, Kessel scoring again, Grabovski biting players again. All good.

I just made that my signature and then saw your post. Too funny! What a season so far. Almost makes me happy that there was a lock out.

Devils beat Pens again 3-1 in Pixberg.

Two goals for David Clarkson, one for Kovi.

Clarkson is the only player in the NHL to lead his team in goals, points, shots and hits.

Not bad for a former 4th liner.

Tore into his team and still remained a fan! In a different world and place, he would have made a good Leafs fan too.

Hope they can make the playoffs for John! But exit first round. he would understand. Only so much cheering for the other team that a guy can do. Not many of us in this NHL group and we lost a good one. His jersey is already hanging from the rafters.

Man the leafs are making it hard to hate the NHL for the lockout.

They still have to beat some top of the heap teams (Boston, Ottawa, Penns. ugghhh hate to say this the Devils) to prove they are more then a first round exit team but looks like they could make the playoffs with so many teams looking worse then the T. Dot.

Leafs!!!

Devils climb to #3 in the power rankings.

Not bad for a team with the league's oldest goalies.

Hedberg played like Brodeur Sunday night in Pixberg.

I'm loving it.

Carolina falls tonight at the Rock.

Gotta hand it to the BHawks -- they haven't lost ever since that photo was posted -- good one tonite w/the AMDucks in town -- we're tied for 3rd w/them...

meantime it's the Rangiz tonite -- always love it when it's the Broadway Blueshirts -- I think we're going to surpass AMD into sole possession of 3rd tonite, w/NJD also winning

let's go Broonz

it still doesn't seem possible what happened w/JohnWott -- deep respects

Canes win 4-2.

Watched the first period then the MSG signal was screwed the rest of the night.

Ended up watching the Ranger$ beat the Broonz.

Derek was thrilled with his birthday present (Sanderson's auto-bio) yesterday.

Flyers hang onto to beat the Jets 3 - 2

very entertaining game

lots of back and forth and the Jets were pretty intense to start the game against the
tired Flyers. But to the Flyers credit they woke up in the first and held on until the end

man, from the sounds of it, that it was one LOUD arena

Got home from a meeting last night duiring the 3rd period of the Bruins-Rangers game to find the Bs down 3-0, and it sounded like the Rangers had pretty much dominated until that point.

But in the 3rd I guess the Bs woke up because they were winning the battles for loose pucks and on the boards and after Krejci got them on the board mid-way through the 3rd there was just a feeling that they could come back. Sure enough, they scored two goals in the final minutes with Rask pulled from the net...about as excriting as it gets!

No scoring in OT and the Rangers were 1 better in the shootout...Nash's goal in particular was a thing of beauty. Happy that the Bs were able to grab a point when it looked like they had no chance after 2-1/2 periods.

Jets fans are taking their support of their Jets to levels never seen before in a hockey arena. Its like going to a NCAA college football or basketball game.

I was in Winnipeg a few weeks back. There are few to none in that town that are not on the jets party wagon. Crowd is having a blast. I have to work in Winnipeg next week. Hopefully get to a game.

Have to add what do you expect from a town that produced Neil Young, Randy Bachmann and Burton Cummings. Oh and the folks that sing the Superman song.

Another Black Hawk shoot out loss. These guys are still good even when they lose.

Crash Test Dummies - I always hoped that they would hit that wall harder.
