No kidding! I wish I could have scored tickets. Their classy fans probably would have kicked my ass, but it would have been worth it.

I bet on the AVs getting a goal and a half at Chicago tonight. Probably a sucker bet but what the heck, it's on TV here.

would like to think that too -- mayb Sunday --
the weather & the B's -- ice-fucking-cold -- it has to moderate, mayb we'll relocate our game at same time -- not much to indicate that nowadays tho --
coldest Feb. on record, both for B's and weather -- but a warmup is ahead -- c'mon Broonz, let's get that 8 spot & see what we can do

That might be true if I owned a Red Wings hat!

I do have some jerseys though.

Speaking of the Wings, they lost yet ANOTHER shootout last night. We must lead the league in shootout losses. At least we got a point (I don't think you should get a point for an OT loss btw. If you lose, you lose).

But we still have a good shot at being the number one seed in the East.

The heck-of all these losses is that we're not playing bad at all -- yes we were shut out after the first minute last night but we still outplayed them --

it's just that, now that we're in the lower tier & fighting for our playoff lives, can we adjust to, 'let's blow Fla's doors off,' instead of competing in the upper echelon
We Play Fla. 3 Times In Our Last 10 Games

same thing, lowly Edmtn outSCORED streaking MN last night, also Bounced from 1 end of the sheet to the otha

it's all good hockey, (esp Wings-Kings game last night article says) -- we're totally not that far off -- Fla gave ChiHawks fits last night -- yes Krejic's absence will have telling-effect -- BROONZ -- we make 8-spot, look out above --

Berry Melrose was on Sports Center this morning and basically said that was their undoing. And of course, The Chicago Tribune is saying the same thing. I watch them enough to think they still have a shot at going a ways in the playoffs. But the media here is SO negative.

Yea, might have been the season killer right there
They just got too old too fast.
We have an elite goaltender, so that will help with the retooling.

In this case they have a right to be.

It didn't look like a dirty hit to me at all. The Black Hawks aren't complaining about it. The guy hit him several feet from the boards as I saw it.

Anyway, on the news this morning, they said the only way he will play this year is if they go deep into the playoffs. I don't see that happening without him.

Flyiz outshot Leafs 49-17 tonite
Final score, 3-2 Leafs
That's what the B's season has been like -- our record no way shows how we've been playing -- let's go B's

Yeah, I didn't think it was a dirty hit, just sad and frustrated at the injury. Can't replace a sniper of that caliber.

To me, it looked like they got their skates tangled and Kane fell into the boards. I honestly wouldn't even have called a penalty.

It certainly is a shame. They had a shot at The Cup again.

"Had" a shot? ChiHawks will b there -- blood clots & all mayb ancient D Anton Timonen will help
Sucks reading about Nathan Horton nowadays -- he could be done -- That's a shame too, big time -- Nathan was the man in Btown -- get well soon Nathan -- & David Krejic too

Lowly Buff smoked streaking Vanc the other night -- mayb they'll do the same in Fla 2day -- we'll hold up our end at 5 p.m. w/Phx-RdRnrs -- let's go Brooonz

awesome ones 2nite -- top 2 clubs, & Mont will show AMD fans why nor-ta-daborder pucks rule even in the desert SW where Ducks, again, are proving out as tops -- will this finally be their year --

MN has risen like the north stars into the standings -- west conf playoff picture could shift north as Winnipeg & Calgary bring postseason pucks back after [what seems like] a long absence -- possibly ending a long playoff run for Joe T & SJ, & even Cup-champ-Kings

it's NYR tho -- even for this eons-old rivalry Wings fans will see the best of it tonite -- also, the team in blue playing out of their mind -- Habs & NYR are teams 2 beat -- nshvl sudnly comng back to earth

we see calgary tmrw nite -- Fla, Ott, Flyiz, all right there as we fight for our playoff lives
the same bunch finished 1st overall last year, then bounced in playoffs
mayb this is the year we grab that last berth by heating up in last 10 games, & regaining 2013-14 form from there --
we see Fla 3 times in last 10 games -- let's go Broonz

More Canadian teams might be making playoffs but if we can't handle Ott tmrw night -- they too might get in

Playoffs begin tmrw nite for B's -- Ott is hottest team rite now -- then TB & Pittsburg after that -- they've kept up their mojo, we haven't, & now Ott is hot -- with all that's on the line (plyfs), if we can't wreck it for their crowd tmrw nite... -- but that inconsistency has dogged us all season --

Rookie goalie Andrew Hammond is the reason behind Ottawa's surge in which they've won 11 of 13 to move into contention w/us & Fla. for 8th place -- he's gone 10-0-1 to start his NHL career

the game Thursday is basically for that last spot -- it is that major -- we go up 7 pts on them & 8 on Fla if we win
yep this is playoff time for us right now -- Let's Go Broonz

If the same ol can't get it done against Buffalo...as usual outplayed other team, as usual went to OT/SO -- bode well it does not...

it's Ott & Fla next 2, then a quick diet of the top 3 after that -- AMD, Rangiz, TB
if we go into those 3 games without 2 straight wins, in these 2 most crucial games of the season, we don't deserve to make playoffs --

we've played consistent, just too many L's -- no blowout losses, hardly any blowout wins -- c'mon boys, these next 2 r it -- BROONZ, ya
