We'll see where this goes. While I believe responsible citizens have the right to own firearms, firearms need to be regulated especially when it comes to military style weapons. IMO, citizens don't need ARs, Uzis, AKs, H&Ks, Barrett guns (in Texas, you can own one) etc.

At the very least, he's sticking it to the NRA.

Military style does not equate to military grade and the NRA is full of law abiding citizens.

Then what's Wayne La Pierre's problem then? Why is he so paranoid over his guns?

Just for the record: I'm a gun owner too. I also want nothing to do with the NRA mainly because of its leadership, its extreme views on gun control, and its political motivations.

Is this judge taking money from the anti-2nd Amendment activists?

The people have a constitutional right to bear arms and defend themselves.

That right will not change.

Yes. The richer, more educated, more successful person is the asshat. Great observation! Goober hurt and offended by yet another story. Poor guy shouldn’t read the news.

Yet you cry and worry more than the liberals do about it. Sad!

Please quote the line in the Second Amendment where this is said.

Contempt for the working class is a huge problem in your party right now.

You might want to ask some teachers in Oklahoma about that right now.

It’s a huge problem for you because you are the victim! Everyone is out to get Trump, Democrats have contempt for my class, wah, wah, wah. Your wallowing is pathetic, grow a sac. As Don Corleone would say, “you could act like a man!” And just because I speak out against low class ignorant cancers doesn’t mean I’m a Democrat. I resent the implication.

The Second Amendment does not discuss the classification of weapons. The courts are tasked with that job. Here is an example.

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/assault-weapons-not-protected-second-a mendment-federal-appeals-court-rules-n724106

Maryland's ban on 45 kinds of assault weapons and its 10-round limit on gun magazines were upheld Tuesday by a federal appeals court in a decision that met with a strongly worded dissent.

In a 10-4 ruling, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia, said the guns banned under Maryland's law aren't protected by the Second Amendment.

"Put simply, we have no power to extend Second Amendment protections to weapons of war," Judge Robert King wrote for the court, adding that the Supreme Court's decision in District of Columbia v. Heller explicitly excluded such coverage.

Your party gave large tax breaks to the wealthy at the expense of the working man. So shut up already.
