What if he finds nothing, no link to anything with Russia, would people accept that?

If he did find links, what then for America? Mueller is supposed to be reputable.

Can all the lefties stop hyper-ventilating about Russia now? I have never seen the press hatefully bash someone so much. Not too mention the Press is viciously printing nonsense about breaks in process or protocol. There are no crimes committed.

flynn and manafort are under criminal investigation according to law enforcement....flip one or both of them and who knows what comes out.

If they want to take either one of them down they can. They are guilty of practicing globalism. Lets not be naive. There is dirt everywhere in that cesspool.

Trump spent 6 years trying to prove Obama wasn't born in the US...he spent his whole campaign being a disgusting piece of chit and now that he president he's continued being a disgusting piece of chit and he wonders why he's being treated the way he is???

The man has his head firmly shoved up his azz....

Obstruction of Justice isn't a crime anymore?

Seems like the press has been pretty accurate of late. Here has been the pattern:

1. Press comes out with a damaging aligations about Trump.
2. Trump's mouthpieces come out the next day calling it fake news and deny everything.
3. Trump confirms the damaging aligations of the media in an interview or on Twitter on day 3.

So now we find out Flynn told the trumpsters he was under investigation, meaning pence has lied about not knowing anything since day one.

pence is just as bad as trump.

nebish - 5/18/2017 at 01:01 PM

Just imagine the difficulty of trying to keep everything together in this administration? Whether or not they colluded with Russia during the election, I don't know. Eventually there will be a definitive word on that. I'm just talking about trying to get people on the same page with their talking points daily, damage control, chasing their tail all the time. We are only about 1/3 of the way into the first year~! The stress of a normal Presidency takes a toll, imagine the stress and pressure the people in this administration are under. They are all going to burn out or crack at some point.

OriginalGoober - 5/18/2017 at 01:19 PM

True, but the press has already cracked and gone "on tilt" so to speak. They are burning out their reputation as journalists in full view of the American public which includes the silent majority.

Running stories quoting anonymous sources, slanting the stories that contradict the people in the room that are quoted saying things went down differently.

Here is the MSM press playbook:

1. Is it negative to Trump : Yes
2. Are there credible sources: NO, if 1 = Yes, still proceed
3. Is the only source for the story anonymous? Who gives a crap!
4 Feed into DNC mouthpiece WashPo and NYT.

LeglizHemp - 5/18/2017 at 01:20 PM

Trump will find a way to resign and still claim he is a winner by the end of the year. IMO

BoytonBrother - 5/18/2017 at 03:15 PM

Yes, those hack fake journalists are the problem!!!! Yeah that's the ticket!!!! There's one thing and one thing only causing the problems in Washington - Trump. A leader is expected to build his own reputation and reach across party lines. Stop blaming others like a bunch of weak snowflakes - Trump created it - not the scapegoat press or the boogeyman liberal. When will the right take responsibility for their own actions? The laziness is unbelievable - "I'll just blame Obama and the liberals so I don't have to work hard."

When will your hero take responsibility for his actions, bad decisions, and lies? Trying to blame others whether by the POTUS or in a post is weak. Your leader digs his own hole, and it gets bigger by the day. The problems he has created far surpass his accomplishments. We are now beyond 100 days with this clown, and he has 0 pieces of legislation passed to show his great expertise & leadership, and that's with a GOP House & Senate.

OriginalGoober - 5/18/2017 at 04:34 PM

I wouldn't call him my hero any more than you would call Obama your savior. Its disappointing to see RINOs like McCain add fuel to the fire with his comments yesterday. Clearly there is a republican opposition party way too comfortable with old Washington ways that needs to be purged or minimized or needs to get on board.

BoytonBrother - 5/18/2017 at 05:17 PM

It's totally the liberals fault. I can't think of one single reason why Trump gets criticized like this - what a witch hunt! These liberals upset me a lot, and they are to blame for all my anger.

Not at all, I don't know anything about Mueller, if he is an honest agent with integrity, then his findings will be credible whatever they may be. That said, we all know Trump realized early on there was a lot of corruption within ALL the agencies and he needed to "drain the swamp" that battle will continue.

gina - 5/18/2017 at 06:37 PM

2112: How do you think Russia could have interfered in the elections? I mean seriously, what type of things could they have done to influence the election? All we are aware of is that Putin said he looked forward to being able to work with Trump and negotiate with him on the issue of nukes. That was when Hillary was accusing Trump of being trigger happy and questioning how we could allow him to be in charge of being able to launch nukes on some of our adversaries such as Russia or China.

This just in - Flynn will not answer subpoena?

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/flynns-lawyer-says-he-wont-answer-su bpoena/ar-BBBgQq2?OCID=ansmsnnews11

I did not think it was optional. If you are subpoenaed, you pretty much have to answer it or respond in some way. When did it become optional?

Seriously??? How about selectively hacking one side and releasing information that could be damaging to his opponent. You don't think Russian hacking into the DNC and releasing things that could make Bernie supporters so mad that they wouldn't vote for Hillary as they likely otherwise would could have changed the outcome of the election?

Notice Wikileaks information favored one side? If you don't think those things could have made a difference you are fooling yourself. If the people who hacked and released this information didn't think it would harm Hillary's campaign, they wouldn't have spent the time and effort to find and release this material.

In a close election as it was, it wouldn't have taken very many Bernie or Bust voters showing up at the polls in a few states to change the outcome of the election.

You nailed that one. Yes, the Dems want Pence because of his social values and how they align with open minded thinking and big tent acceptance.

gina - 5/18/2017 at 07:44 PM

Open minded thinking. Well that's one way to put it. God was the same yesterday, today and will be the same tomorrow. His thinking will not change. Neither will some of us who think he had the right ideas.

The Democrats don't want God in the US. They passed legislation in opposition to his laws. They are secularists and like the mob rule philosophy. Judge Roy Moore who was first chastised for having the ten commandments in his courtroom and was told to take them down because they could influence juries to convict guilty people was one of the first visible signs of the 'open minded people' pushing forth their agenda.

He is now running for a Senate Republican seat.

Gina - If you want to live in a country where religious law is the nation's law, you should move to one of the countrys that practies Shiaria Law or similar. The US has freedom of religion, and since the US is a melting pot of people with thousands of different religious beliefs, it is impossible to have religious law without trampling on the beliefs of others with different beliefs. If you want to live in a society that lives under religious laws, I would highly encourage you to move to a country that shares your beliefs.

Sharia law is flawed in some of its concepts and how it is applied. There were discussions with some of the Pakistanis who were beating this woman in NWZ because they said that she was commiting fornication, locals had seen her come out of a house that was not her own, so the punishment was quickly applied. According to Sharia law, there must be 4 witnesss and they had to witness penetration and no one witnessed that, so how could they apply flogging to her, and the answer was 'well everybody knew she was a loose woman, this is not the first time they have seen this (her coming out of his house)'.

There is a recent incident in Indonesia where two young boys were having sex in a rented room. Locals broke in the room, videotaped them and then they were taken to court. Caning with 85 lashes was ordered. The court does not address the fact that those who gathered the evidence broke to law to get it. Yet they believe they are applying the law correctly. In addition to that is the fact that they are not believers at the time when they are commiting an offense against Islam or Sharia law - so should they be subjected to those laws under those circumstances? It is almost like when a person is out of their mind and kills someone when they find their wife with another man. If and when I go to Egypt, I will have some discussions with scholars at Al Azhar with questions I have.

one thing that kinda could throw another wrench into things at some point down the road, if nothing gets to Trump but does wrap up Flynn and maybe some other Trump allies or even if it does get Trump and Pence becomes President, either one of those 2 can pardon the others. it's a terrible outcome, but a possible one.

Traditionally, these types of special investigations take years and can take on a warped life of their own. Let's not forget where Whitewater started and where it ended up. Mueller might not reach a final conclusion til late 2018.

Well, the Republicans will hold congress until then anyway, and they don't have enough integrity to impeach Trump regardless of what he may have done. Unless Trump resigns, any talk of impeachment might as well wait until the midterm elections anyway.

For any "impeachment" hearings to even begin there has to be a crime committed.
Anyone notice that when the Democrats calling for impeachment are asked "for what crime" not one of them has an answer? usually when asked the salient question they start with "the question we should really be asking is..." and never answer the questioned asked.

This is why the Democrats go running to the TV cameras to make a statement but never take any questions from the press.

Muleman1994 - 5/21/2017 at 08:27 PM

So the left has screamed for in independent prosecutor in the fake Russia/Trump conspiracy matter the left created. Okay, they didn't get an Independent Prosecutor, they got a Special Counsel. The left accepted that because it keeps their fake conspiracy in the news.

The Special Counsel is charged with investigating whether there was any Russian activity or interference in the 2016 Presidential Election. They are not investigating President Trump as the corrupt liberal media and Democratic Party elites would have you believe.

So far there is no evidence of any collusion between The Russians and Donald Trump. No actual crime is alleged.

For Hillary Clinton, her husband and her campaign manager there are many crimes committed and a long list of evidence.

Since Hillary Clinton was a candidate and her husband brokered the U.S. Uranium to Russia transfer deal which was inappropriately approved by Hillary Clinton's State Department (and by passed the 9 departments and agencies required to approve such a deal) any investigation of Russian activity or interference in the 2016 Presidential Election must include Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton.

Hillary Clinton and her campaign manager John Podesta must also be investigated as they have proven illegal activities with The Russians.

John Podesta Illegally Accepted $35 Million From Russia
yournewswire.com

According to investigators, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 national campaign chairman, John Podesta, illegally accepted $35 million dollars from Russia.

According to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group, Podesta failed to disclose the receipt of 75,000 shares of stock from a Kremlin-financed company when he joined the Obama White House in 2014.

Eutimes.net reports: Joule Unlimited Technologies — financed in part by a Russian firm — originally awarded Podesta 100,000 shares of stock options when in 2010 he joined that board along with its Dutch-based entities: Joule Global Holdings, BV and the Stichting Joule Global Foundation.

When Podesta announced his departure from the Joule board in January 2014 to become President Obama’s special counsellor, the company officially issued him 75,000 common shares of stock.

The Schedule B section of the federal government’s form 278 which — requires financial disclosures for government officials — required Podesta to “report any purchase, sale or exchange by you, your spouse, or dependent children…of any property, stocks, bonds, commodity futures and other securities when the amount of the transaction exceeded $1,000.”

The same year Podesta joined Joule, the company agreed to accept 1-Billion-Rubles — or $35 million — from Rusnano, a state-run and financed Russian company with close ties to President Vladimir Putin.

Anatoly Chubais, the company CEO and two other top Russian banking executives worked together with Podesta on the Joule boards. The board met six times a year.

Ron Hosko, a former FBI assistant director said because of the Kremlin backing, it was essential Podesta disclose the financial benefits he received from the company.

Trump seemed to have prior knowledge of this as he urged his Twitter followers to watch the show about Podesta’s exposure.

This is GAME OVER! After spending the last six months accusing Trump of being a Russian agent, there is basically no way the democrats can live this down.

The media has no right to talk about Trump-Russia ties. It’s over, we now have definitive proof of Clinton-Russia ties! Will the media go after the Democrats now? Let’s see…

No, I realize that an investigation is going on and evidence will not be made public yet. You seem to think that means there isn't any evidence. You are wrong. Again.

No one asserted that The FBI has or will released any evidence.
You were yet again wrong.

What type of moron thinks the FBI releases evidence from a 10 month long investigation before it is completed?

Since the FBI is doing the investigation, they control the evidence. You say there isn't any. but an investigation that has lasted 10 months would not be ongoing if there is no evidence. Can I dumb this down any more? Maybe a picture? Only one syllable words? No, just be patient. all will be revealed. And, when that happens, you will disappear just like you always do when the going gets tough.
