I have never been able to track down the ABB setlist; but it was an amazing day as I got to see both bands live for the first time at the same concert (not to mention the sit ins listed)

Saw Berry play that day; never saw Duane

The ABB did not perform. Only Dickey, Berry and Jaimoe sat in with the Dead. I was there and I have the show on CD. Gregg's B-3 was on stage but he did not play. It was an incredibly hot & humid day!!!

I must of been having a great time if I forgot that lol.

I did buy an incredible Eat A Peach t-shirt that day - that I'm sure of

and yeah it was hot and humid for sure

I don't recall those 73-74 ABB and Dead things too well myself. What brief flashes I can remember . . . wow.

Thanks. t's funny, but I find the older I get the more details I absorb from any experience. In our teens and twenties I think we are just happy to be somewhere

I love the Dead. As for Jerry Garcia, Jerry Garcia could walk on water. He could do anything any man could ever do. He's a prince.

I was at one of the shows where both bands played. Still remember a few things from the day long into night concert. A lot of wow things happened that day.

Damn. While Dickey is recognizable in the those last few songs, Berry is UNMISTAKEABLE.

He's just plowing along!

Jerry is on fire

Thanks for posting

7/16/72 Dillon Stadium was an incredible show - and Berry was amazing!!!

Good times, good times, Allman Brothers, also Dead shows in those few years were like going to a Liberated Zone - no other bands/audiences ever came close to creating that environment and experience.
