Anybody heard of these guys? Apparently they are from Cleveland, Tennessee. Southern rock band. I am going to see them tonight. They are opening for Blackberry Smoke and JJ Grey & Mofro. Curious to check them out. I'll comment tomorrow after I see them.

I have 3 of their albums but have not seen them live.

Let us know what you think. I've never considered them Southern Rock but I guess that's a wide swath.

Lee thanks for posting this. They are coming to my neighborhood in a month with Murder By Death. I think I'm going to grab a ticket.

Look forward to your thoughts.

Had fun last night. You don't even need to pay for a ticket to these shows. Just stand outside. We went to a bar while Walston started. Paid $47 for a few drinks and cheese fries. Had a few Leinenkugel's Summer Shandys. I hope the Ricketts enjoy their $$$.

Back to the show. Opening band were really good. They got to play a half hour is all. I could have listed to them longer. And they definitely are not southern rock. They played a couple of songs that I suppose you could put them in that genre but they were more like late 90s rock. Think Candlebox, Radiohead, Creed.

Blackberry were awesome as always. They might be the ugliest guys out there now but they sure can play. They don't jump around and put on any stage antics but that's okay. They just rocked. Did a couple nice covers. They are playing Irving Plaza in NY in a month. Thinking about going there. Haven't been to New York in a few years.

Didn't see JJ Grey. Just saw him a few months ago which was good so I guess I got my fix. It started raining and the only place to escape the rain is outside the bathrooms. Didn't care to stand outside the johns and listen to music.

All in all, a fun night. Well worth $30.

Oh wait, the bar tab!
