British Blues Explosion Live’ is unleashed on Friday 18th May on CD/DVD/Blu-Ray & 3LP (Black/Red, White & Blue) via Mascot Label Group and immortalises Joe’s sold-out show at the Greenwich Mean Time festival at The Old Royal Naval College in London on 7th July 2016.

It was one of just five shows on Joe’s short and sweet A Salute to the British Blues Explosion Tour, which saw him perform the timeless music of three legendary British musicians who directly influenced him; Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Page.

addition to the concert in its unadulterated entirety, the DVD and Blu-Ray also boast bonus content such as Joe performing “Taxman” Live at the Cavern Club, Joe being honoured with a “Brick In The Wall”, the British Blues Explosion Explained by Mick Wall and a photo gallery of the British Blues Explosion UK Tour.

“If it wasn't for certain British musicians of the early 1960s, the Blues may well never have exploded into Rock music as we know it today, and
indeed may have passed into history,” says Joe Bonamassa.

track-listing is as follows:

1. Beck's Bolero / Rice Pudding
2. Mainline Florida
3. Boogie With Stu
4. Let Me Love You Baby
5. Plynth (Water Down The Drain)
6. Spanish Boots
7. Double Crossing Time
8. Motherless
10. Tea For One / I Can't Quit You Baby
11. Little Girl
12. Pretending
13. Black Winter / Django
14. How Many More Times

I’m not much of a fan, but I’ll definitely check this out.

It looks like he did not go for most of the "hits", which is nice.

Not a big Bonamassa fan, but I like the song list. "Boogie With Stu" is a nice cut off of Physical Graffiti and another song Zep tried to steal but Richie Valens' widow (it's his "Ooh, My Head") wouldn't let them.
