Re: Allman Brothers Band: Kansas City, MO(Score: 1) by mopeachhead on Jul 13, 2004 - 07:31 PM (User information | Send a message) http://http:// | Wow! Each year you seem to think, "They can't get any better." Tight as ever and reaching new heights, the ABB tore the Uptown Theatre down to the ground! From a show starting Statesboro Blues to a resounding finish of Liz Reed, Revival and Southbound (with special guests), this show left my family and I fulfilled and exhausted. Warren continues to impress (especially vocals), Derek is spectacular, Oteil is a bass master and the drum solo from the three pounders was out of this world! Gregg seemed to be taking it all in with typical strong vocals and keyboard. Can't wait till next year! Thanks ABB for continuing to exceed all expectations. |
